Browning Apple

This is my assignment for Food Science & Nutrition for this semester.It is about how apple turn brown and how to prevent them from turning brown.As i study about the task,i figured out the interesting thing about apple in which it involves the activity of the enzyme which turn the apple brown.Therefore, this can be one of the interesting engagement that teacher can use for enzyme syllbus at school.
